Graveyard People is a two-piece avant-rock/punk band from Denver, CO. The duo creates a unique blend of spastic psych hardcore, soulful rock, demented pop and progressive theatrical music. Drums, keys, and dual lead vocals create a menacing but eccentric dynamic while cinematic arrangements are lifted up by provocative, hilarious and disturbing lyrics. Thoroughly avant garde, but wrapped in oddly accessible song writing.
Forming in early 2022, Graveyard People has since played over 125 shows in 13 states. They have opened for national/touring acts such as The Effigies, Bull Market, Daikaiju, Year of the Dragon, Action Friend, Nox Novacula, Igor and the Red Elvises, Doom Scroll, Flesh Produce, Peculiar Pretzelmen, Ex-Faces and Birdbath.
Graveyard People has self released four E.P.s, including ‘Eunice’ (2022), ‘Kill Pit’ (2023) and ‘She’s Gone’ (2023) and ‘The Cuckening’ (2024). Their first full length album, ‘Phroggin’ will come out in early 2027

Press/Quotes
“Opening act Graveyard People evade conventions and are difficult to pinpoint. The duo, consisting of a barefooted drummer and a high-pitched vocalist manning two pianos, exude a manic energy and vitriolic lyrics to boot. Nothing is sacred. Gonorrhea, Chlamydia and Syphilitic disease are par for the course with Graveyard People. Equal parts cheery and chaotic.”
